In general, to make full use of Rankia’s services, user registration will be required, although access to some services may be possible without registration.
In some cases, users may be offered the option to register through certain social networks, provided they are users of the corresponding social network. The registration procedure will be determined at all times, depending on the aforementioned social network.
Terms of Use
The user shall refrain from using any service offered on Rankia for illegal purposes that may be harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may damage, disable, overload, deteriorate, or prevent the normal use of services, computer equipment, documents, files, and any content stored on Rankia or external servers connected to Rankia.

The user shall refrain from creating multiple user accounts.
The user shall also abide by the rules of participation. Failure to comply with the terms of use may result in the blocking of the user’s account, the deletion and/or modification of offensive text, and the adoption of other appropriate measures in accordance with Spanish and European laws.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
The User acknowledges that all elements of Rankia and each of the Services provided through it, the information and materials contained therein, the structure, selection, arrangement, and presentation of its content, and the computer programs used in relation to it are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights of Rankia or third parties.
Without Rankia’s authorization, where applicable, from the corresponding rights holders, or unless legally permitted, the user shall not reproduce, transform, modify, disassemble, decode, decrypt, distribute, rent, lend, make available, or allow public access to any form of public communication of any of the elements mentioned in the previous paragraph.
The User shall refrain from removing the identifying signs of rights (intellectual property, industrial property, or any other property) of Rankia or third parties that appear on the platform and on each of the various Services offered through it. Likewise, the User shall refrain from bypassing or manipulating any technical device established by the Company or third parties, either on the platform, on any of the Services, or on any of the materials, elements, or information obtained through it, in order to protect their rights.

Rankia’s managers do not guarantee the legality, reliability, accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and usefulness of the published content.
The creation of a hyperlink, the exchange of links, in no case implies the existence of relationships between the managers of Rankia and the owner of the linked website, nor the acceptance and approval of its content or services.
Rankia’s managers exclude any liability for websites linked from this site and cannot control and do not control what appears on them, including websites whose content may be illegal, unlawful, contrary to morals or good customs, or inappropriate. Therefore, the user must exercise the utmost caution in evaluating and using the information, content, and services of linked sites.
